TRIVIA
1) The Casket Lottery shares members with the band Coalesce who we toured with in 2010 as part of a package with Converge. Jeremy one day pulled Nathan Ellis aside to let him know how much The Casket Lottery meant to him. Nathan informed him that they were planning to get back together. It pretty quickly lead to "lets do a split!". Forever honored to have had this opportunity.
2) Recorded in the same session as "Gravity, Metaphorically" as this and the Pianos Become the Teeth splits were planned.
3) The production quality of The Casket Lottery's album "Survival Is For Cowards" was the driving force for recording "Parting The Sea Between Brightness and Me" with Ed Rose in Eudora, Kansas.
4) Both bands agreed to do covers. No rhyme or reason for each bands choices. "Unsatisfied" by The Replacements came on while driving to a show in the van and there was a unanimous "lets do this".
